Skills Needed: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network administration/protocols Licensing/Certification: Valid Driver's License Apple Certified Macintosh Technician Certification in Microsoft products such as MCP or MCSE Expertise working with Apple, Novell and Windows operating systems and deploying applications using ZENWorks. Technical knowledge of network, PC, MAC,iOS, and platform operating systems, including Novell Netware, Windows, Cisco IOS, and LINUX Hands-on experience with servers, storage area networks, switches, and routers. Ability to interpret service manuals and to use electronic diagnostic equipment such as cable testers and protocol analyzers. Attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills; oral communication skills and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
