*Position: Microsoft SQL Server Developer*
*Location: Dublin, OH or Lexington, KY*
As a Systems Specialist in the Advanced Planning and Scheduling area, your
role will primarily include development activities related to Project Work
and support of the existing technical interfaces between APS and SAP. Periods
of OFF hour support will be required. The ideal candidate will not only
have strong technical ability with Microsoft SQL Server but also have
excellent communication and problem solving skills.
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar area
- At least five years of experience with:
- Microsoft SQL Server coding (defining tables, views, stored
procedures, functions, etc.)
- Microsoft Access with some Visual Basic for Applications
- Self starter capable of working in small/large groups or individually
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Project Management / task oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong leadership / interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of webMethods, Tibco or similar middleware a plus
- Familiarity with forecasting or production planning concepts a plus
- Experience with SAP ERP, particularly ABAP is a plus
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
