Position : *C#/C++ Engineer with Lab view* Duration – *12 Months* Location – *Sugar Land, TX* * * *Lead Software Engineer * *Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * •Capture and interpret end user requirements to then translate into matching specifications. •Assign specification development responsibilities to team members (typically fewer than 8) and ensure proper and timely implementation. •Perform the role of project architect and interface with other projects and architects. •Design and develop sub-system or sub-elements in time and at the necessary level of quality so as to respect the project requirements, timeline and budget. •Ensure that proper development practices (system configuration management, test coverage, static code analysis, code complexity, coding guidelines) are followed in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines •Document and report project development progress and keep track of project goals. •Participate in project management process •Collaboration with other development teams. •Experienced with C++, C#, .NET, SQL, Graphical Libraries, MS Visual Studio •Experience with controls systems and OPC/OPC UA, LabView •Review and design methods •Software estimation •Software quality management, Unit and Test Driven Development •Agile and iterative development •Project management •Presentation and problem solving skills Education: Master of Science degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering.
