We have opening for below position with our Direct client, kindly share suitable profiles to [email protected] * * *Position: Web Tester with Agile* *Location (city & state): Richmond, VA * *Duration: 6 Months* * * *JD:* · Must Have 5-7 years of experience in Software Testing preferably using Agile Methodologies · Experience in Client facing roles delivering quality services in a Fast paced environment. · Excellent Communication, Collaboration and interpersonal skills. · Expertise in Quality Center- Experience in testing Web Applications, Manual testing, testing process and QC knowledge is Mandatory · Expertise in gathering requirements, developing Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test Cases & Test Data using specifications and design documents · Can be able to work with limited supervision. · Should be able to manage the work load and assign the work to offshore resources. · Should be able to train new offshore resources. · Experienced in estimation · Excellent communication and co-ordination skill with the business team -->Web Testing - Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc. Concepts of Globalization and Localization testing will be an added advantage -->Application Testing - Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool. -->Test Automation - Should be capable to understand the underlying technology on the various automation tools.
