Test and ensure that applications are working and stable. *Responsibilities* · Implement the upgrade of the current support IE9 version of 10.2 in the development and production environments. · Ensure that all necessary steps are taken to capture the 4 current planning/contributor applications and applications are captured and restored in current version with current data. · Ensure that all necessary elements such as macros are not missed. Assist in troubleshooting and fixing items that arise from the upgrade. *Qualifications* Knowledge of Cognos Planning, Contributor and Cognos BI. Previous upgrades to Cognos a definite plus.
