Working with Business users (business managers, HR reps, time keepers, etc.) to gather/define/document functional requirements for time management and time keeping to process payroll in SAP . Leveraging knowledge of how SAP CATS is used for timekeeping AND for charging time to work orders to analyze requirements and make recommendations for improvement of time keeping processes where appropriate . Working with union requirements, absence and leave management . Conducting user acceptance testing by creating scenarios for test cases & executing test cases .
