*Description :* Our leading international recruitment firm, is seeking an experienced ETL Developer to assist our development team with data migration from legacy systems to a new proprietary CRM system. The project will be rolled out to international offices in phased groups. Consequently, this role will also be heavily involved in helping to design, develop and manage a complex rule-based Change Data Capture (CDC) interface. This CDC interface will manage both Data Manipulation Language (DML) and Data Definition Language (DDL) changes between the legacy and new CRM backend databases, keeping the two environments in sync until all offices are on the new platform. * Responsibilities* • Design, develop, and troubleshoot Microsoft SSIS packages that implement complex ETL processes – Visual Studio 2012 and MS Team Foundation Server experience a plus • Design and develop SQL Server T-SQL objects to support data migration • Develop real time messaging to OLTP environments • Full development life cycle around real time integration with ETL and SQL Server • Participate in thorough integration and system testing • Contribute to system architectural design and planning discussions • Identify issues and recommend and implement solutions • Work with other teams to understand business rules and interpret data • Interact with business owners in requirements gathering *Key Working Relationships* • Reports to Project Manager • Business Analysts • Developers • Testers • Systems Department *Qualifications* • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other related field • At least 5 years hands-on full life cycle software development experience • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server T-SQL database development (data modeling, stored procedures, functions and query optimization) • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SSIS and ETL development • Experience with CDC tables and complex DML scripts preferred • Experience weighing the tradeoffs between bulk inserts and single updates in database and ETL processes for speed optimization • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, attention to details and multi-tasking abilities • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for improvement • Additional project management and/or data analyst experience a plus • Have the ability to work effectively with others and good interpersonal skills *Reagan* *Sricom, INC* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Exact Match" group.
