Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balancing consumer needs with business and product priorities, and the ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind product decisions *Required Qualifications:* Certified Force.com Advanced Developer Expertise with Visual Force, Apex Code concepts including Classes, Test Class, Triggers, and Batch Apex Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com's SOQL, SOSL, Web Services, Security Model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PRM, Chatter and Force.comproduct offerings. Experience with database concepts and data modelling capabilities. Experience developing in an Agile software development environment. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
