The Application Analyst works to ensure that user problems and enhancement requests are properly addressed, system upgrades are executed successfully with minimal disruption to the practices, and application documentation is current. · Document software bugs and enhancement requests, and report software bugs and enhancement requests to NextGen. · Work with NextGen to ensure that they fix reported bugs and implement reported enhancement requests. · Responsible for building and setting up new practices and maintaining Practice Build Guide and Checklist. · Own the maintenance of the NextGen EHR and Practice Management system, assuring optimal use of the application. · Work with the I.S. team members, vendors and customers to ensure that the NextGen EHR and Practice Management system is properly maintained and necessary changes are reliably tested, documented, and implemented. · Identify opportunities for system enhancements that would improve practice workflows, methods, and procedures; communicate recommendations. · Participate in software upgrades, and ensure that they are tested and successfully implemented. · Generate status and other types of reports relating to the NextGen EHR and Practice Management system as needed. · Collaborate with various customers and suppliers to set and meet service expectations. *Required Experience: * · Three or more years' healthcare experience required, preferably in a provider organization. · Demonstrated knowledge of structured software testing and documentation required. · Three or more years' experience working with clinical information systems and/or practice management systems required. · Demonstrated knowledge of workflow processes in an ambulatory clinical environment required. · Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple tasks, and problem solve under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints required. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills are mandatory. · Excellent oral and written communication skills, both technical and business focused, are required. · Experience with the NextGen EHR and Practice Management system highly desirable. · Must attain NextGen certification in E.H.R., EPM, and ICS within one year after going into this position. *Required Education:* · College degree in Computer/Information Science or closely related field preferred. · NextGen certification in E.H.R., EPM, and ICS within one year after going into this position. *Best Regards,* *G Prem | Talent Acquistion* Cloudeeva, Inc. 104 Windsor Center Drive, Suite 300, East Windsor, NJ 08520 *Direct: 732-226-3459* | Fax: 732-584-2474 *Work : 609-245-0020 Ext : 604* *Email : **[email protected]* <[email protected]> http://www.cloudeeva.com/ <http://www.systemsamerica.com/> Silicon Valley | San Francisco | San Ramon | New York | Delhi | Hyderabad | Singapore -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Exact Match" group.
