Please check the requirement below and let me know if you have any available consultants. *Java Technical Lead* *Parsippany, NJ* *6-12 months* *Interview: Initial phone screen, then in person: Only Locals or near by. * *Technical Skills:* · Function as the Lead Technical on a team that will design and develop a dashboard of performance analytics for IMS clients, which are Pharmaceutical firms. · Must have excellent communications skills as the position requires participating in meetings with the Business users and taking the business requirements from the BA's, and translating them into technical specifications for the Development team. · The Tech Lead will also need a solid background in *Java development, and Oracle*, as the position will require some development. · The dashboards are web based screens, so strength with Soap based Web Services is needed. · Also, the reports are generated using Salesforce.com<http://Slaesforce.com>, so a background with that tool is required. · Also required is a background developing for Pharma, or companies that develop for Pharma firms. · An example of these firms would be: Veeva Systems, and Dendrite, or Cegadim Dendrite. In addition, the Tech Lead will be responsible for understanding the System architecture, and perform the Low Level Application design. * Perform Technical Reviews * Define and describe solution and methodology, participate in technical discussions and make key technical decisions. * Develop the low level design document * Unit test, support System Integration Testing and UAT * Develop the solution as per the design and best practices Unit test, support System Test and UAT Look forward working with you.
