Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 6+ months Rate: Open Responsibilities . Understanding & Implementing security standards . Conduct security reviews . Manage security alerts and actions . Deciphering security scans . Handle security issues with servers, SSL certs . Handle application (Sitecore, Peoplesoft, Ektron, web application, etc.) security issues . Lead security patches with server admins, application leads, and NG engineers . Work with security team on hacking attacks . Manage two Server Admins Senior Security Architect for EAD manages internal entities to provide common technical security architecture. Reviews proposed changes & projects in the internal environment for Security impact and assists in recommending secure options to meet business needs. Evaluates new products and vendor offerings for use. Implements security architecture policies and procedures. This position works closely with the Security and Risk Management team to monitor potential security threats and their defense internal to Client. In addition, position manages EAD technical asset inventory, and coordinates internal server management. In addition, position manages EAD application server administrators and serves as backup for deploying and managing application software in the development, test, and production environments.
