Resource should have very good experience in ILOG Jrules, Integration Patterns, Spring Webservices and SOA based architecture. Should have good exposure to BRMS based systems with end to end integration. Should be good in translating the requirements to low level designs. Should have excellent communication skills, good problem solving abilities and strong analytical skills. Need someone to start as early as next week. I expect you to do at least following due-diligence before the profiles come to us. - Resource should be based at O'Fallon, MO full time, no remote option entertained. - Availability as soon as possible - No long leave plan ( more than a week) in 6 months (afterwards it is fine) - No work authorization related changes/adjustment et al - Anything else that comes to your mind that could be risk to service continuity except for emergencies, of course This is a critical position, please help!
