Position 1 : Healthcare Business Analyst

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: Open

 

The selected candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and
written communication skills; very strong facilitation, and collaborations
skills. The candidate will assume a key documentation specialist role
working as part of a small development team to document the requirements for
a new development. This position will report to the Health IT Acting Program
Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

* Collect, review and document business needs and requirements, user
documentation, process flows; coordinate design reviews; and serve as a
liaison between business and development teams.

* Design and configuration of solution for system interfaces.  Work with
project team and key stakeholders to successfully document requirements.

* Update and maintain existing requirements.

* Keep Tortoise SVN (Subversion) updated with all requirement and other
supporting document changes.

* Update and maintain the existing requirements along with developing new
requirements.

* Follow HIPAA Privacy rule.

* Provide weekly status updates to management.

* Work in a fast paced environment. Assist with test case creation and
execution as needed.

 

Skills Needed:

* Minimum 5 years of progressive, successful experience in a software
development environment as Business Analyst

* Advanced Skills in MS Office Suite of Products including PowerPoint,
Visio, Word and Excel

* Excellent collaborative, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills

* Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment as a Business Analyst

* Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks to best meet
overall goals

* Minimum: BS/BA degree

* Minimum 5 years of experience with SDLC process, developing Business and
Technical documentation

 

Position 2 : Healthcare QA Tester

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: Open

 

Responsibilities:

* Ability to de-construct Business Requirements, create test plans & test
cases for new and existing functionality

* Ability to update existing test cases and also to create regression test
suite

* Execute test cases to test the new enhancements

* Ability to identify, document defects and verify defect fixes 

* Follow HIPAA Privacy rule

* Provide weekly status updates to management

* Work in a fast paced environment

* Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks to best meet
overall goals

 

Skills Needed:

* Minimum of two (2) years of Manual Testing experience involving web
applications 

* Clear understanding of SDLC 

* Intermediate SQL skills 

* Basic HTML/XML skills 

* Strong MS Office (Word/Excel) skills 

* Computer Science Degree or related discipline

* Minimum of two (2) years of software quality assurance experience
