Design system architecture and develop system models specifying interactions between multiple systems; . Develop and/or modify technical and/or design specifications, technical writing and documentation; . Develop web pages and user interfaces; . Software development and maintenance tasks including coding, testing, and implementation. Skills Needed: . 84 Months of experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) following the Rational Unified Process (RUP) . 84 Months of experience in Designing and Implementing Information Technology Solutions. . 84 Months of experience in designing Information Technology solutions that span multiple hardware platforms and use multiple software languages . 60 Months of experience developing Java Web Services . 48 Months of experience in using the Struts 2.0 framework . 48 Months of experience working with IBM Rational Clear Case . 12 Months of experience in using IBM FileNet for document storage and retrieval within java applications via web services or API calls.
