We have an immediate Openings with Our Direct Client for a Long term contract position *Job Title: SAP ABAP Manager* *Minimum Qualifications* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field * 8-10 years of proven/current work experience with SAP development processes and technologies including ABAP, IDOC/ALE technologies, SAP SCRIPT and SMARTFORMS, Data migration methodologies, OO programming. * Must have minimum 2-3 years or more of experience in SAP ABAP Manager position. 2 Full life cycle implementations as a Development Manager leveraging the ASAP methodology and traceability matrix (Functional Specs /Tech Specs/Object development). Experience With SAP PI, BODS. * Experience in managing. global development team deliverables and governance practices with 20 or more team members, including managing vendor resources (fixed old/staff augmentation) * Experience in application development using ABAP, Java, SAP Enterprise Portals SAP R/3 & ECC systems, spanning various phases of Software development lifecycle such as user requirements analysis, technical specification design, coding, modifications, code reviews, testing, performance tuning etc. * Excellent Problem Solving and debugging skills. * Experience with Data Dictionary Objects, Function Modules and ABAP Query. * Experience mentoring team leads, and developers * Ability to architect, develop, maintain, and support Object-oriented programming. * People oriented, experienced in managing and nurturing distributed teams both onshore and offshore * Able to negotiate timelines and feature content, balancing competing needs of various project sponsors. * Experience working in fast paced multi diverse growing environment * Candidate must be well organized and capable of juggling numerous priorities. * Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer-focused processes &procedures *Location: Coppell, TX* *Duration: 12+ Months* If you are interested, please send me your updated resume with your contact number.
