*Location: Redmond, WA* *Duration: 6 Months+* *Job Description:* - You will be working with a team of engineers providing support to Mobility labs. - The Lab consists of 3G/4G mobile nodes, high end routers and switches, firewalls, load balancers, Desktop & Several Unix servers. - You will be providing Level 1 support for the Mobility tickets received in the Lab and would be doing first level analysis, debugging and provide resolution to the tickets - You would be also monitoring Incoming ticket queue and assign the tickets to the right team for Level1 Analysis of non-mobility tickets. - Receive Mobility tickets and perform Level 1 analysis of tickets - Do first level analysis, ask right questions, collect logs and try to resolve. - Responds to general support inquiries via phone, email, trouble ticket. - Assigns project based tickets to appropriate party for implementation - Resolves issues as assigned or direct to appropriate team *Requirement:* - Strong knowledge in 3G(UMTS) and 4G(Lte) Mobility Network - Expereince in providing Level1 support for 3G/4G Mobility Network - Experience and knowledge of the Mobility Network elements such as eNodeB, MME, S/P-GW, PCRF, HSS, NodeB, RNC, SGSN, GGSN, MSC Regards, G.Prem | Sr. Talent Acquisition HCL Global Systems Inc., 24543 Indoplex Circle, Suite 220, Farmington Hills, MI 48335 Email: [email protected] | Ph: 248-216-0031 www.hclglobal.com Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Exact Match" group.
