Perform capacity planning, database tuning, and performance monitoring. 5. Ensure standards are being adhered to. 6. Administer all database objects, including tables, clusters, indexes, views, sequences, packages and procedures. 7. Troubleshoot issues related to databases, applications, and development tools. 8. Evaluate Microsoft SQL Server features and related products. 9. Provide assistance and guidance to developers on database related activities. 10. Write database procedures, functions, and triggers.
