Position 1 : C# Developer

 

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 9 months

Rate: Open

 

Responsibilities:

.        Consult with project manager and help define business requirement
for new applications

.        Create milestones and project time line estimates 

.        Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications.
Must be able to lead an application from conception through the entire
Development Lifecycle.

.        Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting
software defects.

 

Skills Needed:

. Experience developing web applications using MVC3 or greater

. Strong understanding of SQL and relational database technologies such as
MS SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, and stored procedures, etc

. Proficiency using Visual Studio 2012/2013 and a Source Control Solution
like Team Foundation Server and/or git

. Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows/IIS platform

. Strong exposure to object oriented design and development

 

Position 2 : C# Developer

Responsibilities:

.        Proficiency using Visual Studio 2013 and a Source Control Solution
like GIT or Team Foundation Server

Position 3 :  Information Security Analysts - Vulnerability and Threat
management

 

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 9 months

Responsibilities:

The candidate must be a skilled information security professional with
advanced knowledge and direct experience developing information security
policies, standards and procedures for large organizations.

.        Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with IDS/IPS/SIEM
technologies.

.        BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or
equivalent experience.

.        Three+ years of progressive experience in computing and information
security, including experience with Internet technology and security issues.

.        Experience with security technologies including Intrusion Detection
& Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Firewalls & Log Analysis, Security
Information and Event Management (SIEM), Network Behavior Analysis tools,
Antivirus, and Network Packet Analyzers, Security Systems Manager, and
malware analysis. 

.        Knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite, security architecture, and
remote access security techniques and products.

.        Analyze and review security events until closure; this includes
investigating and recommending appropriate corrective actions.

.        Conduct internal vulnerability assessments and scheduling of third
party external scans 

.        Manage and maintain user security awareness

.        Hands-on implementation of security devices and applications to
monitor and review network, servers, and applications.

.        Perform additional common information security duties as assigned.

.        Demonstrate ability to manage time, milestones and be self-directed

.        Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and
have the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management

.        Knowledge of regulatory compliance including: OWASP, PCI-DSS, and
NIST

. CISSP, GSEC, GIAC, CEH, Security+ or related certification

Position 4 : C# Developer with GIS

 

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 9 months

Skills Needed:

It is an advanced software development role in a team environment requiring
specialization in GIS technology and an advanced understanding of
application and system development. Strong skills in application source code
development, complex system integration, software configuration management,
and development processes are required. Experience must include:

.        Proficiency with Visual Studio.NET 2010, C# and Python in a service
oriented architecture (SOA).

.        Proficiency developing and deploying .NET solutions with IIS.

.        Knowledge of GIS principals, theories, and practices.

.        Proficiency with ESRI's ArcGIS product line.

.        Proficiency with ESRI's Javascript API

.        Knowledge of ArcGIS Server (security, scaling, load balancing,
deployment).

.        Knowledge of ArcObjects.

.        Proficiency with installing and configuring software in a Microsoft

.        The ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms.

.        Demonstrated experience in working with external technology
vendors.

 

Position 5 : QA

 

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 9 months

Rate: Open

 

Skills Needed:

Skills- Establish and execute a quality assurance and testing function for
customer facing applications. 

.        Develop and execute an efficient QA and testing functions to
support application deployments and acceptance testing through major release
cycles

.        Develop and select processes and tools to support the QA function
for consistency across the GIS Units and other technical stakeholders

.        Develop use case scenarios and test scripts to support projects and
support other users in the same

.        Develop test plans, conduct tests, capture test results, and work
to resolution with the technical and business teams

.        Coordinate with business unit SME's to execute and manage testing
results

.        Mid-career level GIS professional with several deployments and
release life cycle experiences

.        Minimum of seven years of GIS systems testing and related business
experience

.        Experience developing and conducting test processes for multiple
types of GIS systems, client users, and/or units across an organization
focusing on Esri technologies

.        In-depth knowledge of large-scale IT implementations including
complex integrations, multi-tiered architecture, mobile and web deployment
models, and high-availability architecture

.        Prior QA management, supervisory, or team leader experience. 

.        Experience with Esri GIS Data Reviewer, Workflow Manager, and other
extensions and similar products is a plus!

.        2 - 4 Years' Experience with Mantis and TestLink or equivalent
software

.        Strong team leader with demonstrated positive results among various
GIS data and agency stakeholder groups 

.        Strong problem assessment and resolution skills

.        Ability to handle multiple efforts simultaneously

.        Bachelor's in computer science, information systems, related field,
or equivalent relevant work experience. M.S. in information systems or GIS
preferred.

 

Position 6 : Optimal Identity Management Resource

.        7 years experience in advanced technology project management
