Strong servant leader able to lead and work with multiple diverse roles and personalities . 5 years of experience in the preparation of the Advanced Planning Documents submitted to the Office of Child Support Enforcement for system development projects . 5 years of experience in the Child Support Enforcement program in South Carolina and in the way these operations are supported by automated systems. . Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with the CFS Project staff, OCSE staff and other CFS Project stakeholders. Position 2 - BA Required Qualifications . Proven abilities to plan, organize, instruct, and review the work of the CFS team and ICSSD Task Teams. . Strong analytical and problem solving skills. . Detail-oriented and highly organized. . Strong servant leader able to lead and work with multiple diverse roles and personalities. . 10 years of experience in the operation of the Child Support Enforcement program in South Carolina and of the way these operations are supported by automated systems. . 10 years of experience with the DSS Child Support System functions and how those functions support the Child Support Enforcement program in South Carolina. .
