Location: Albany, NY Duration: 12+ months Rate: Open Duties include but are not limited to the following: . Provides expert services in Oracle's OBIEE Products (Oracle's BI Enterprise Edition) to assist and mentor the department with establishing Business Intelligence (BI) Capability. . Provide leadership and expert services to the department in establishing an Reporting Architecture for Enterprise Reporting Capability, both internally and externally. . Develops complex SQL statements to efficiently build models and OBIEE repositories. . Mentors other department staff and provides cross- training . Designs and builds repositories in OBIEE to support development efforts for the Reporting Teams. . Provides strong professional consulting skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization. . Provides experience with Oracle 10g databases. Team player, must be able to work professionally and collaboratively with the customers and other members of the project team. Skills Needed: . 84 months Expert Experience using Oracle's OBIEE Answers, Administration, BI Publisher, Integrator, Dashboard, Reports and multi-tier architecture to development applications, dashboards and reports. . 84 months Experience designing and building data models and repositories for Business Intelligence Enterprise Solutions and Reporting tools. . 84 months Expert Experience with Oracle's OBIEE Physical, Logical and presentation layer setup, including basic security setup with LDAP, AD, and drill down capabilities. . 60 months Experience in logical database design and modeling, incorporating data normalization and referential integrity. . 24 months Developing GeoSpatial applications or component to leverage Oracle Spatial. Experience with spatial maps/applications that segment data and drill-down information by NYS Boundaries such as Counties, Regions, Legislative Districts.
