Position 4: Content and Data Management SME

 

The Client is seeking a Content and Data Management (CDM) Subject Matter
Expert (SME) contractor for an approximately 12 month engagement.

.        The CDM SME will contribute to SOA centric Procedures, Training,
and Governance for Operational Build, Deployment, and Release of
applications and services 

.        Because content and data management is a horizontal discipline,
spanning multiple systems/solutions/programs/projects, the CDM SME will work
with stake holders across the organization

.        Activities include supporting the alignment to SOA centric
solutions in discovering, validating, documenting and communicating the
organization's Content and Data Management Architecture

.        The CDM SME will work closely with Project Team and the client IT

Position 6: Service Delivery Manager

 

The purpose of this position is to serve as the service delivery manager for
IT services delivered to the business customers. This position will manage a
team of network, security and systems specialists responsible for security
remediation, standardizing network architecture, implementing change and
configuration management, vendor management, and compliance. This position
is responsible for addressing gaps in staff training, process, procedure,
and key-person dependencies (e.g. cross-training).

 

Manage Unit Activities:

engagement. The Solution Architect will be responsible for creating the
overall application architectures, application component designs, and
systems integration and implementations for several systems undergoing
updates and or redesign from a SOA perspective. This individual will also be
responsible for overall architecture and implementation of a SOA Asset Life
Cycle Management solution. The individual in this position has experience in
design, implementation, and deployment of software applications within
Service Oriented Architectures ( SOA) in large government organizations.
This individual is knowledgeable in all aspects of system integration and
has a working knowledge of network systems and hardware. The individual is
confident in developing requirements and design specifications for new and
existing applications. The individual in this position serves as a leader in

Position 8: BPM SME

The BPM specialist will work closely with discipline architects to create
(write) governance artifacts for BPM. They will create rollout plans to roll
out new tools, technologies and frameworks within BPM. They will develop and
operationalize change management for the tools and technologies within the
BPM discipline. They will create training and procedures to engage IT
administrators to administer and/or configure the tools and technologies
within BPM. The BPM Specialist will work with a team of SMEs to help create
and author plans, policies, procedures, and governance for SOA within the
BPM discipline. 

 

Participate in process flow analysis and SOA centric process redesign along
with other SOA Discipline Leads, the Governance Specialist, the Technical
Writer and Project Manager. Activities include discovering, validating,
documenting and communicating the organization's business process knowledge
for client IT SOA Initiative. Work closely with Project Team and the client
IT department to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
including "as-is" and "to-be" scenarios and associating those with the
client Business Capability Map. This includes clear and detailed process
maps and business requirements and identification of issues and risks found
in the mapping of business processes to SOA methodology. The Business
Process Management Specialist would also determine the "ownership" of the
various BPM assets and who has the ability to make changes to those assets,
and what the consequences would be (up and down stream) to the processes

Position 12: Network Security Expert

The purpose of the position is to design, configure, test, implement,
monitor, and maintain the Client computer network security infrastructure,
primarily Client Cisco ASA firewalls. The candidates primary task will be to
perform and produce auditing of all firewall configurations and make
recommendations to comply with PCI-DSS, State, Client security standards,
state auditing and industry best practices. Candidate must be proficient in
advanced Cisco ASA configuration, deployment and operational support and be
familiar with the latest Cisco ASA hardware, operating system versions and
functionality. Candidate must have experience and ability supporting a large
quantity (250+) of Cisco ASA firewalls in the field. Candidate will assist
the Network Services Team providing advanced technical production
configuration and support primarily for firewall services.
