This FUNCTIONAL Lead role will focus around implementing PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
The primary module of focus for this implementation will be Base Benefits.
Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service will also be implemented.  

 

***This will be a full lifecycle position for the functional implementation
- candidates MUST display full lifecycle SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION-specific
FUNCTIONAL LEAD experience of Peoplesoft HCM, and must display experience
with the implementation of Base Benefits, most importantly, as well as
Employee & Manager Self Service modules, to be considered for this
position***

 

The resource in this role will be expected to gather requirements, perform
fit gap analysis, configure the functional modules, work with technical
staff on customizations, perform testing, and train users. Functional Lead
Experience IMPLEMENTING PeopleSoft HCM Systems (should be full end-to-end
system implementation - not just new module implementations)

                Description

Question 1            Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by
CAI management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI
so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence. The Client
has the right to dismiss the resource if he or she does not return to work
by the agreed upon date. Do you accept this requirement?

Question 2            This position requires the selected resource to work
at the client site, from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for the
entire duration of the engagement. Remote work options or telecommuting will
not be permitted. Do you accept this requirement?

Question 3            This requirement falls under the e-RTR process. The
candidate MUST submit their Right to Represent electronically following the
newly established process to be considered. Do you accept this requirement?

Question 4            Please list candidate's email address that will be
used when submitting E-RTR.

Question 5            The Vendor Rate for this position is $115.97. Do you
accept this requirement?

Question 6            Selected candidates will be responsible for any and
all costs associated with parking in downtown Harrisburg, where the client
