Description:

• As a CAPPS FSCM/HCM Technical Lead, you must have a strong background in
PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher HCM or FSCM, People Tools 8.51 or higher,
Peoplecode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine
and Oracle 11 or higher.

• Experience working with AIX, Linux, Business Objects and Data Warehouse.

• The position requires experience with conducting fit/gaps,
gathering/confirming requirements, data converting, and configuring set up
tables, performing unit tests, and preparing documentation.

• Preferred experience with Texas Statewide systems and CAPPS program

 Worker Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, Technical and Functional

• Good teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with technical staff and
customer staff on the project

• Must be able to work with customers, project managers, business SME's, IT
SMEs and vendors.

• Must collaborate with subject matter experts, various stakeholders and
fellow developers to design, develop, implement and support complex
business solutions.

• Must be able to work independently in a team environment with local and
remote teams

• Must possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with
readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary

• Perform related work as assigned

Required Technical Skills:

• 7 years of Experience with PeopleSoft  FSCM or HCM (Last 3 years 9.1 or
higher), and People Tools (Last 5 years 8.51 or higher), Peoplecode,
Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine and Oracle 11
or higher

• 7 years of Proven proficiency and working knowledge with Security
protocols, tools, reports, processes and practices

• 5 years of Experience in PeopleSoft Security, Approval Workflow
Engine(AWE) & Self-service (MSS, ESS)

• 5 years of Technical expertise with PeopleSoft, Oracle and AIX or Linux
to ensure support for CAPPS customers.

• 5 years of Experience as Technical architect for PeopleSoft Financials,
HR and Payroll systems

• 3 years of Knowledge of secure software development best practices,
standards and procedures

• 3 years of Extensive knowledge of/experience with data integration, data
quality, and SDLC processes and methodology

• 3 years of Extensive experience with highly complex application security
requirements

Preference:

2 years of Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government).
