Kindly rush me resume on [email protected] and you can reach me on 732-385-5020 *** 102 *Reply only to **[email protected] <[email protected]> * Role MS BI Technical lead Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills • Must have 8+ years of experience in SQL server platform (SSAS/SSIS/SSRS)and proficient in DB level programming • At least 6 years of experience in SQL Server T-SQL database development (data modeling, stored procedures, ETL Architecting, functions and query optimization) and knowledge of SQL Server best practices in SSAS/SSIS/SSRS. • Experience with Analytical Data Modelling and exposure to different DW schemas (like STAR and SNOWFLAKE) • Strong experience in RDBMS, database concepts and technologies • Managing high volume of data with adherence to all industry standards of development and best practices • Good understanding of transactions, data warehouses, data marts, ODS, MDM methodologies and life cycles as well as ETL and MDM technologies • Understanding of dimensional modelling • Extensive knowledge on Data profiling with OLAP architecture • Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis, and design and programming techniques. • Should have excellent communication skills and continuously work with business stake holders to come up with quick solutions • Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment. Roles and responsibility • Responsible for developing relational and multidimensional database queries, stored procedures • Responsible for gathering requirement, function specification preparation and handover to offshore team • Responsible for design and development of SQL Server based BI solutions. • Responsible for design, create and tune database objects (tables, views, indexes) to support logical and dimensional models. Maintain the referential integrity of the database. • Responsible for designing and implementing specific proof of concepts/components as and when required. • Responsible for Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting in SQL Server BI based solutions • Must maintain and enhance the existing data mart, exports and reports Desirable Technical / Functional Skills The role requires an individual who is results-focused, proactive, highly collaborative, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both solution evangelism and expectation management. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, time-management; planning, negotiation skills and presentation skills are highly desirable.
