*Rate:* $42/hr on C2C

*Interview:* Face to Face required after telephonic

*Note: Client is looking for 3 - 5 years of experienced BA with Good MS
Excel skills and Good Communication Skills.*

*Job Description:*

*A.* *Overview of Job:*

·         This function will work specifically on Premium Accounting
functions to assist the department Director in their accurate and timely
completion while helping to identify areas for improvement.

·         This includes the responsibility for analysis and management of
data; for identifying and researching discrepancies between various data
sources; for compilation and maintenance of results.

·         This function will analyze said processes along with other
department functions for improvement opportunities including but not
limited to process improvements, reporting improvements and metric
development and reporting.



*B.* *Job Duties*

·         30% Development of department process improvements identified by
working with management

·         30% Responsible for compilation and analysis of data retrieved
from a variety of sources

·         10% Responsible for dissemination of analysis to various sources
and analysis of input received

·         20% Responsible for research and testing of solutions that may
become required due to the results of data analysis

·         10% Special projects (Ad Hoc Requests) - Assist with departmental
projects



*C. Education/Experience/ Knowledge/Skills*

·         Associate Degree or 3-5 years business experience

·         Strong mathematical and analytical skills and reconciliation
experience

·         Accounting experience a plus

·         Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

·         Effective problem solving skills

·         Reliable, accurate, and timely handling of functions

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with
various internal and customers

·         Strong Microsoft Skills, specifically Excel to include pivot
tables, look ups, and if then statements, Word to include mail merge, and
Access

·         Insurance Industry experience a plus
