Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 12+ months Rate: Open Duties and responsibilities will include: . Lead the technical development, implementation, and support for the ECIDS portal using the IBM Websphere Portal and IBM Web Content Management (WCM) tools . Support and assist the development of the ECIDS user interface and overall creative design for the application including mobility support and utilization considerations . Writing and testing program code . Performing system implementation activities and technical support as needed . Developing system and end-user documentation where needed . Instructing and training for other team members and end users on the use of the ECIDS application Skills Needed Qualified candidates must have pre-existing, hands-on, technical development work experience with the implementation of the IBM Websphere Portal Required 3 Years Qualified candidates must have pre-existing, technical development experience with IBM WCM tools for small to medium scale web sites/applications.
