*Position : Business Analyst * *Location : Charlotte, NC* *Duration : 12+ Months* *Interview : Phone then Face to Face* *Job Requirement* · Ability to write requirements. · Excellent soft skills (communication, listening, attention to detail, etc) · Excellent BA acumen (knows how to elicit requirements and knows differences between functional and non functional requirements) · At least 5 years in a senior BA role · Has experience with Agile but also send if strong BA without Agile · We rather have BAs who have more experience on the business side rather than system. We get a lot of system analysts · We tend to shy away from PMs who have done BA work unless they really shine in interviews · Healthcare experience is a bonus · We tend to shy away from Scrum Masters who are BAs.
