Job Requirement
· Large systems design
o Using UML artifacts including the following diagrams:
§ Domain model
§ Use Cases
§ Sequence
§ Functional Decomposition
o Service Oriented
§ Practical knowledge of service design and implementation
§ SOAP, REST
§ Use of run-time policy enforcement technologies
o Application Architecture
§ Design of cross-platform applications using multiple end user devices
accessing multiple enterprise services and data sources.
o Enterprise Application Integration
§ Practical knowledge of integration patterns implemented in an ESB product
§ ETL implementations
§ ESB workflow design and development
o XML Modeling
§ Schema design
§ Enterprise data integration
· Excellent oral and written communication skills. (Must be able
to demonstrate by examples and testing.)
· Flexibility, team focus, and strong interpersonal skills
· Experience throughout the entire project lifecycle with an
emphasis on requirements definition and design phases.
· Excellent problem solving skills.
· Ability to reach consensus among diverse IT and business partner
groups.

*Job Skills Required*
- 10+ years experience designing and developing large systems with the
following characteristics:
- High Availability
- Scalable performance
- Service oriented
- Loosely coupled integration
- 5+ years experience deploying applications and services in J2EE and
.NET environments.
- 3+ years experience using UML analysis and design techniques,
especially use case modeling, sequence diagramming, domain and class
diagramming
- 3+ years experience defining and managing system requirements through
the system development life cycle.
- 3+ years experience working with non-IT business areas to capture
requirements
- 1+ years experience developing standards, working with standards
committees
*Preferred: *
- Experience in design and development of legacy application integration
use ESB technology, especially using TIBCO technologies.
- Experience large scale systems management techniques
- Experience with Portfolio Management practices
- Experience with Identity Management system implementation
