Need to be familiar with mobile apps (Xfinity TV go, EA games App) and how they operate (iOs) · Software Engineering Background and Ops Analysis Background- not specific to one or the other · Not Technical but needs to understand engineering environment since they will interface with mobile apps team · 8 years total experience · Previous Verizon, TWC, Cox experience is helpful · Scrum, Agile Dev, Solutions Architecture understanding is preferred · Metrics Driven- Splunk and Tableau is big nice to have or other similar tools · Understand DevOps environment. Job Responsibilities · Day to Day- engaging and leading discussions with development and support teams regarding Ops issues from Xfin mobile apps. · Customer Experience improvement initiative. · Gathering requirements for metrics and build and maintain. · Good communication both written and Power Point. · Develop or Maintain Technical Documentation.
