* Business Analyst – Contract Lifecycle Management* *Location*: Weston, MA ON C2C *Duration:* 1 year contract *MUST HAVE Requirements:* 1. Contract Lifecycle Management Experience (Determine, Capterra, Apptus, etc .needs to understand how to analyze) 2. Master Date/Meta Data experience in respect to contract services (supply chain/procurement knowledge) 3. Core BA skill set *NICE TO HAVE Experience:* 1. Life Sciences/Pharma Background 2. CLM Implementation with 3rd party vendor 3. Determine is the CLM system/vendor be working with- Candidate doesn’t need to have experience with Determine, as long as they have experience with one of the major CLM tools. *Primary Responsibilities* • Work with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system users stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and business process flows. • Work with both IT and business partners to develop business process improvements. • Assist our business partners in developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies. • Contribute to and work to agreed-upon plan and provide weekly status updates on progress towards deliverables and milestones. • Assist in the development and execution of test scripts and align traceability. This includes both System and User Acceptance testing cycles. • Manage across multiple business functions to gather required information and drive consensus where required. • Understand and remediate risks and escalate issues to leadership for engagement and resolution. • Assess the impact and effort of interfaces, data conversions and connections. • Participate in assessing key priorities and needs for an effective contract management system. *Skills/Experience* • Strong business requirements and process mapping skills and experience.
