*Need LOCALS/ Nearby (NY/NJ/PA/CT please...)* *Role: Lead Automation Tester/ QA Functional Test Lead* Duration: 6+ months Location: Hoboken, NJ Exp Level: Should be 10+ yrs or more *NEED LOCALS/ Nearby (NY/NY/PA/CT who can drive for Face- Face Interview)**Responsibilities and Skills:* · Plan, coordinate and drive End-to-End testing for a large Web Project with complex Internal and External facing integrations · Work with Architects, Development Leads, Business Analysts to understand the scope of the system and derive Integration Test Plan and approach and present to senior level management · Lead a team of test leads in other projects to ensure all end-to-end flows are adequately planned for and lead the execution effort · Responsible for module level testing in addition to End-to-End testing · Planning and assigning all Testing activities for the module level team of testers · Preparing, implementing, and maintaining all test deliverables including but not limited to test scenarios, test cases, test data, automation test cases and frameworks · Analyze and assign a large variety of issues to ensure smooth and quick resolution through the development lifecycle · Provide proper level of communicating up accomplishments, issues, and suggested ways of resolving these issues · Mentoring Team Members · All aspects of people management should be completed as effectively and efficiently as possible to ensuring best possible results from the team as a whole · Tools are needed to support all aspects of testing activities, so it’s expected from QA Lead to be fully proficient with selected tools o Excellent functional test automation skills. Documented experience with 2-3 test automation toolsets like HP UFT, QTP, Rational Test Workbench, JUNIT, CA Lisa, Selenium o Extensive experience with building automation test frameworks besides the ability to write automation code using functional test tools o Proficient with multiple test case management tools (RQM, HP, Jira Plugins) o Prficient with requirements and defect management test tools (JIRA) · Experience with testing HTTP web services (SOAP, REST) using automation tools like SOAPUI · Good knowledge in SQL. Ability to write SQL queries to extract/transform/load/verify test data. No SQL skills are a plus. · Ability to work in a Unix/Linux environment · Proven delivery experience in an Agile development and testing environment · Understanding of the role of gate keeper of the QA environment and fulfilling this role · Track new revisions, builds, and components deployments to QA environments · Excellent Oral and Written communication skills . Masters in Computer programming or related field preferred.
