Please let me know your Feedback.. *Title: Test Manager.* *Location: Baton Rouge, LA* *Duration: 1 year plus* *Start Date: ASAP* *Interview Process*: Initial call will be with the VP and if all goes well another telephone interview with the Technical Leader in the development area. *********Please DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATES who do not have all the required skills!!!!********* The candidate’s MUST have experience with one or all of the following: *Preferred – IV&V* Secondary – MMIS or Enrollment or Eligibility or Claims Job Description · Must have a minimum of five (5) years of large scale (multi-million dollar) test script and test plan experience with at least two (2) of those five (5) years’ work experience specific to MMIS, Enterprise Architecture, or Enrollment and Eligibility system or other health care claims processing or eligibility system project. · The Testing Manager shall have experience in following: o Managing and providing guidance on all aspects of UAT; o Providing overall management of the UAT effort; o Coordination of staff and testing activities; o Coordination with the Developer System Testing group; and o Managing efforts of the designated test staff; · Ensure appropriate communication is maintained between the State and testing support team; · Ensure that testing approaches and processes address all established requirements and demonstrate the ability of the system to meet the requirements; · Ensure all requirements are accurately reflected in test planning and execution, and that traceability to requirements is maintained; · Coordinate the on-going maintenance of the Requirements Traceability Matrix with test related data; · Lead development of the UAT Plan; · Lead development of a comprehensive set of UAT conditions and scripts/scenarios; · Lead development and delivery of UAT training for the UAT Team; · Review, track, and assist in the preparation and prioritization of defects, including documentation of errors and unexpected results; · Monitor UAT progress including detailed analysis, tracking, and documentation of UAT metrics (e.g., number of tests successfully completed, the number of retests, and the total · remaining test effort); · Identify, document, and assess test-related issues as well as support risk identification and mitigation in the UAT area; and · Review, assess, and make recommendations regarding UAT readiness and completion for implementation. · Must have State Government experience *2)Need one (1)IV&V Analyst – see details below* Day to Day duties: · Participate in process design sessions, software design reviews, and assess resulting work products and contractor- produced deliverables. · Assess the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes of the contractor to verify that they are consistent with best practices and standards. · Validate the deliverables against best practices in system engineering, and verify that they meet the client’s requirements. Technical skills (MMIS, IV&V, QA, etc.) · At least three (3) years of experience in IT IV&V, IT quality assurance, IT systems analysis, or IT quality control (testing) · At least five (5) years of experience in IT Infrastructure which includes systems administration, internal programs, and network services · Knowledge of Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) business processes, and CMS 7 standards and conditions for Federal Financial Participation (FFP) · In-depth technical skills in the Information Technology field including Microsoft client and server operating system and back office products, virtualization, LAN/WAN connectivity, Network engineering and support and IT security · Knowledge and experience with SDLC documentation, including requirements documentation, plans, designs, specifications · Excellent analytical and problem solving ability and proficient in generally accepted IT standards, statements and practices · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven experience in preparing formal deliverables, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Soft skills (Communication, Leadership, etc.) · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision · Commitment to exceptional client service. · Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset. · Dedication to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by clients and management. · Ability to interact with various levels of management and with clients. · Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity. · Enthusiasm for life-long learning and staying well-informed about current business issues. · Able to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes. · Excellent business writing skills and ability to make presentations to various audiences. · Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Exact Match" group.
