*Please reply to ,* * [email protected] <[email protected]>* * <[email protected]>* Immediate Interview *Position: Java/MDM * *Location: Plano, Texas* *Duration: 6 months+* *Need US/GC/H1B/EAD-GC and Local Only.* *Roles & Responsibilities:* • Development and overall support of IBM Initiate MDM/EMPI solution including current Patient/Provider & any other future modules. • Active participation on system upgrades, modifications, issue identification and resolution, as well as process and data testing. • Maintain an expertise in systems technology, applications and processes related to the support of the MDM/EMPI functionality. • Collaborate with MDM/EMPI Lead & business/end users to maintain system functionality to support uninterrupted operational, service level and data integrity requirements. • Manage system access and security. • Ensure stability of data management and transfers through systems, for maintaining the integrity of the data residing on systems, facilitating and performing validations, and error resolution and decision making to complete or support business processing requirements. • Participate in development planning sessions, weekly team status meetings and create/update appropriate project management documentation as required. • Performance tuning & monitoring of Initiate MDM solution. • Manage all requests via OPAS tickets and Service Management protocols according to the client account SLAs. Responsible for sending out communications via Application Alerts for scheduled & emergency maintenance / outages. • On-call duties which require working MDM/EMPI production issues/maintenance 24/7, as appropriate and based on the urgency/impact for the issue. • Cater to end user inquiry requests by providing detailed analysis on core MDM building blocks. *Qualifications & Skills:* • 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus or equivalent job experience. • 5-7 years’ experience of MDM/MPI with specific skills on IBM Initiate/InfoSphere MDM tool suite, preferably in Patient & Provider domain. • Strong knowledge on matching algorithm, threshold, weights, False Positive Filter, Data Stewardship Process etc. • Hands-On development knowledge on Initiate Workbench, Java programming & Webservice (SOAP, RESTful). • Database SQL skillset is must. DB2 database exposure is preferred. • Strong knowledge of one or more data integration middleware products and/or technologies such as HL7 interface engine, IBM WebSphere Message Broker, IBM MQ, Initiate Event Manager, SFTP/FTP scripting. • Nice to have adequate knowledge on Initiate Handlers & Security (LDAP/AD). • Detailed understanding of one or more of the following data integration standards: HL7, ANSI X.12/EDI, DICOM, and HIPAA transaction sets. • Strong analytical/problem solving skills. • Basic knowledge on Health care domain, Data Quality , Data Governance & application process. • Capability to work independently and effectively in complex environments. • Needs excellent verbal and written communication skills.
