This is Oracle EBS Suite of Applications, which includes Supply Chain) *Project Manager – Supply Chain* *Boca Raton, FL * *Summary: *Responsible for managing IT project teams including end user and third party provider activities pertaining to the design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation of application product and services. *Duties & Responsibilities:* · Under general supervision, overall management of team and assigned projects, including coordination, status reports, and stability of the project work effort; manage financial, scope, and critical path for assigned projects. · Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet customer needs and requirements. · Coordinate communication with all enterprise areas that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the project. · Utilize and implement project management processes and methodologies for IT that ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet the customer’s expectations · Assist Program Manager(s) in partnering with senior management in the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities to utilize IT to achieve enterprise goals. · Possess high-level knowledge and proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques. · Works directly with partners and clients to determine project scope and specifications. · Coordinates the work of design and development teams to implement online designs. · Reviews progress, manages resources, and ensures overall quality of completed website. · Serves as liaison between team members and functional area management requesting project. · Performs other duties as assigned. *Primary Duties: *Implement and evaluate PMO processes & procedures. Monitor & report metrics on IT programs & projects. Support financial analysis on large projects. Maintain PMO best practice tools and documentation. *Qualifications:*3+ years IT project mgmt experience. Familiarity with IT costing and budgeting. Familiarity with project management. *Requirements:* · *Education*: Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience · *Experience*: 6 - 8 yrs · *Skills*: o Possess high-level knowledge and proficiency in Project Management methodologies, Resource Management practices and Change Management techniques. o Knowledge of major package applications software o Good written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management o Basic knowledge and understanding of business principles, practices and procedures o Functional expertise and fundamental business knowledge to contribute to the strategic direction of the function and supported client group(s).
