Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 4+ months Rate: Open Requirement . Functional 60% / Technical 40% break down of knowledge and skills in the relevant applications areas of Time & Labor and Payroll . Depth of knowledge and experience configuring, testing, and supporting Time & Labor and Payroll v9.2 including a deep understanding of North American Payroll as it interacts with Time & Labor. . Minimum ten years hand-on-experience working with Payroll and Time & Labor; at least one full life cycle upgrading to PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 with hands-on responsibilities for Time & Labor and Payroll. . Demonstrated expertise working as an independent thinker and problem solver with extensive experience in functional troubleshooting . Familiarity with PeopleTools Application Designer and basic PeopleTools knowledge. No development experience expected, but an understanding of the primary records and technical processes that drive Payroll and Time & Labor applications. Experience performing data loads via ExcelToCI. . Demonstrated expertise working in a wide range of assignments and must be able to work with Functional Specification documents that are not thorough and assisting to solve failed services and configuration setups. . Excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. . Experience leading Fit/Gap analysis for Time & Labor and Payroll. Experience composing Functional Specifications for customizations determined to be required from Fit/Gap analysis. .
