*Skill Set: Program Manager (Implementing the DOL Fiduciary Ruling) –
Financial Experience a MUST!*







We are looking for a temporary program manager to assist with the program
that is implementing the DOL Fiduciary Ruling.



PURPOSE

• Leads programs with multiple, large, highly complex, cross-functional
projects that are closely related and will achieve a single goal. Programs
have significant risk, benefits, or visibility, as to have significant
impact on company operations.



ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provides direction for multiple, related projects or program including
managing stakeholders, communications, and overall project progress against
expectations.

• Manages to quality, time, resource, and budget expectations.

• Maintain alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives;
make recommendations to modify the program to enhance the effectiveness
toward the business result or strategic intent.

• Identify and may oversee needed resources to meet program objectives.

• Monitors the status of specific project dependencies related to the
overall project incorporating such constraints into the overall plan.

• Identifies and collaborates to resolve or mitigate risk and issues.

• Manages project budget and resource allocation.

• Ensures use of project management tools.

• Mentors and coaches less experienced Project Managers.



EDUCATION

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems,
Business Administration or similar or an equivalent combination of
education and experience.

• Professional designation preferred.



EXPERIENCE

• Seven years related experience

• Previous Annuity or insurance experience preferred.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Expert knowledge of project management life cycle, tools, and processes

• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business plans into
action.

• Experience working with technology development processes.

• Advanced skills in finance, cross cultural awareness, leadership,
communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

• Leadership skills including demonstrated ability to influence others.

• Strong knowledge of change management techniques and facilitation skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills including ability to
influence others and communicate across all areas of the Company.

• Ability to make decisions, use independent judgment, establish
priorities, and work effectively on multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Strong mental agility and analytical and conceptual thinking
