PURPOSE • Leads programs with multiple, large, highly complex, cross-functional projects that are closely related and will achieve a single goal. Programs have significant risk, benefits, or visibility, as to have significant impact on company operations. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Provides direction for multiple, related projects or program including managing stakeholders, communications, and overall project progress against expectations. • Manages to quality, time, resource, and budget expectations. • Maintain alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives; make recommendations to modify the program to enhance the effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent. • Identify and may oversee needed resources to meet program objectives. • Monitors the status of specific project dependencies related to the overall project incorporating such constraints into the overall plan. • Identifies and collaborates to resolve or mitigate risk and issues. • Manages project budget and resource allocation. • Ensures use of project management tools. • Mentors and coaches less experienced Project Managers. EDUCATION • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or similar or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Professional designation preferred. EXPERIENCE • Seven years related experience • Previous Annuity or insurance experience preferred.
