Replace all functionality of Cognos reports and Cognos Cubes This is completed. 2. Transition from SRDB (Oracle 10) as a data source to BW This includes the Applications on the far right and the Tableau Server 3. Transition from Cognos Server as Middleware This is not fully scoped 4. Transition to Talend MDM for Master Data This may or may not be in scope for this phase of the Program *Technical Environment:* Cognos / Oracle 10 / SAP BW / BEX Broadcaster / Tableau / Informatica / SSIS *SKILLS REQUIRED* - 8+ years of experience delivering DWH, BI and Reporting solutions - 8+ years of experience with OLTP and OLAP database models - Fluent in relational database concepts - Should have knowledgeable in software development lifecycles/methodologies - Should have strong presentation and collaboration skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation - Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills - Good analytical and problem solving skills *Preferred Technology Skills:* · Database Technology: SAP BW · ETL Technology: SSIS, Informatica · BI Technology: Tableau, Cognos *Non-Technical Skills:* - Strategic business thinking aptitude including market orientation and experience of joint development projects across functions and internationally. - Proven international leadership ability to lead a team of professionals in Project Management Office - Experienced with working in a cross-functional team environment managing a diverse portfolio of projects in a gate process on a regional and global basis.
