*Need Agile and Coach, CSP, CST, ACP, portfolio management certifications*



*They need to Travel West Coast to East Coast..*



*And Monday to Thursday  travel to Client Place .*

*Client  Reimbursement the Travel Expenses ..*



·         Agile Coach is responsible for leading the agile transformation
and drives the organization-wide agile adoption strategy and rollout plans.

·         Provide thought leadership, direction, and coaching to the
team(s) to encourage adoption of agile principles and practices, avoiding
anti-patterns, and empower the team to become self-directed and
self-managing.

·         Overall IT experience should be more than 15 years and should
have experience working in distributed teams.

*Primary Responsibilities*

·         Provide training to help groom teams and programs in the
principles and practices of Agile.

·         Focused workshops are provided by the coach as needs arise.
Sometimes team-specific and sometimes open to the full organization, these
sessions will drill more deeply into specific topics and provide open Q&A
sessions.

·         Coach teams and management towards improving agile process and
metrics, evaluate and mentor existing Scrum teams, and deliver training
classes for product owners, developers and testers.

·         Team engagement through a number of iterations will typically be
required as teams learn by doing. AT this time the coach will observe and
gauge the strengths and weaknesses of the team. Coach will be an influencer
to continuously improve the team’s application of Agile.

·         Coach will have the opportunity to play a consultative role to
help establish overall direction in agile adoption.

·         Coach will be involved in assessing the overall agile maturity of
teams and how the overall organization is progressing in terms of Agile
adoption

·         Promote enterprise awareness - guide and propose how key
constituencies should be engaged as part of the Agile process

·         Embrace servant leadership and display the behaviors that come
with the key mindset shifts associated with agile methods

·         Should have worked on various tools like Rally / JIRA & guide
teams on effective tool configurations
