*Description*
As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll help support the next generation of
online and mobile banking services for millions of consumers like you.  In
this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the digital product set
(Mobile Deposit, Bill Payments, Transfers and P2P)  and making
recommendations for future enhancements to money movement capabilities.
This critical role will assist in developing forecasts; creating plans to
drive enrollment and usage; working with vendors to assess new offerings
and influencing the customer experience of digital product offerings.
You’ll partner with product managers, subject matter experts, contact
center colleagues, user experience/design teams, analytics teams, and
technical resources to implement and manage the digital banking product
strategy.
You'll be responsible for working across the organization to develop
innovative strategic recommendations that will drive investment in one of
the bank's critical focus areas.

*Description of Function: *

·         Create and recommend Digital Product strategies with a focus on
integrated money movement capabilities.

·         Manage and serve as the subject matter expert for Digital
products  (Online and Mobile P2P and PopMoney).   Serve as the lead for
digital product enhancement initiatives that require the creation of
prioritized and well-groomed backlogs; documentation of user stories and/or
requirements; and oversight of the user interface.

·         Work with vendors and stakeholders from across the organization
to ensure the success of the digital product offering.  This includes
working with teams to oversee: vendor relationship management; developing
plans to enhance usage and customer satisfaction; managing enhancements to
improve risk controls, and ensuring operational components are managed
effectively.

·         Recommend forecasts, KPIs and product
acquisition/adoption/retention goals for Digital Products.  Review progress
against goals and establish recommendations to close any gaps.

·         Research the industry, competitor sets, and vendor offerings to
inform future product recommendations.  Establish business cases to support
recommendations.


*Qualifications*

·         Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing, Finance, Product
Management & Administration, Technology or the equivalent combination of
education, training, and experience

·         Experience in progressively responsible positions within the B2C
industry - and ideally within the financial services industry

·         In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape, vendors and
competition, with a specific focus on the financial services industry

·         Proven track record serving as the lead for complex web site and
mobile app initiatives

·         Advanced understanding of new and emerging web/mobile
technologies and digital trends

·         Ability to think strategically while working tactically

·         Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate and diplomatically
communicate, both verbally and in writing

·         Ability to translate and explain technical information to
non-technical employees to all levels of management

·         Ability to multi-task and deliver under tight time-frames, with
limited resources and competing priorities

·         Strong research, analytical, planning, and problem solving skills

·         Experience working with large scale digital banking service
providers

·         Excellent relationship building capabilities with partners both
internal and external to the organization.

·         Adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities
into high quality and easy to use mobile products that users love.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

·         5+ Years Product Management/Strategy:  Experience in
progressively responsible positions with a B2C industry, preferably within
the financial, retail banking industry.

·         3+ years Vendor Management:  Experience managing vendors with
proven ability to drive results with external partners.

·         3+ years Project Execution:  Experience serving as a lead role or
subject matter expert on large scale digital initiatives.  Ideally
candidate will have worked with both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

·         Training in SDLC - including waterfall and agile methodologies.
Understanding of human interface guidelines.

·         Project management, BA/BSA licenses preferred.  Certifications is
Product Ownership.
