Required Skills:
. Sound knowledge of the debt programs, practices and procedures to
ensure compliance with internal control requirements, banking standards, and
state and federal regulatory requirements.
. Sound knowledge of governmental accounting principles and
practices.
. Experience designing and implementing applications for an
enterprise system such as SAP.
. Ability to interpret and apply rules and regulations.
. Knowledge of sound security and privacy practices for information
technology systems.
. Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships
with users, technical staff, management, vendors and others.
. Ability to make presentations and prepare reports.
. A minimum of six years of experience in the development of
financial, accounting or treasury management systems, applications and
programs.
. Two years of this experience must be development programs and
applications on SAP.
. Sound knowledge of project management practices.
. Some public sector experience required.
Required Education:
Degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or other related field.
Required Certifications: CPA
