*AppDynamics Tool Engineer Seattle WA6+ months* Overview The AppDynamics Administrator will develop deep understanding of the AppDynamics solution through past APM experience, product training, and hands-on experience, and act as both a technical advisor and enablement specialist supporting some of the client’s highest profile business applications. Qualifications • AppDynamics Expert • Understanding of how Web Services / applications are built • Must understand how websites are configured • Excellent presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • The ability to work closely with other software professionals • Must be knowledgeable about business transactions, end-user monitoring, snapshots, analytics and alert generation within AppDynamics Duties • Responsible for the fine tuning of AppDynamics applications within the client’s instances of AppDynamics Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tool set • Install and document procedure for installing app agents, machine agents, EUM, AppDynamics processors and controllers • Configure business transactions, dashboards, health rules, alerts • Teach stakeholders to properly configure AppDynamics so the Application Developers will be able to increase efficiency, availability and performance of their application • Create and perform presentations / demonstrations to potential new AppDynamics users and or other internal personnel Overview The AppDynamics Administrator will develop deep understanding of the AppDynamics solution through past APM experience, product training, and hands-on experience, and act as both a technical advisor and enablement specialist supporting some of the client’s highest profile business applications.
