Location: Lansing, MI Duration: 12+ months Rate: Open Sales Force Lighting experience is needed. This person must have experience in an Enterprise environment and have worked as an Sales Force Administrator with multiple organizations at the same time. Responsibilities: Client has implemented a Center for Excellence for Sales Force applications. The CoE needs a to provide day to day support, Salesforce maintenance and release management, and minor configuration changes. Knowledge with Salesforce as admin, and knowledge of 3rd party app exchange products is needed. This support role will work closely with the Salesforce release management support and the ALM tool which is eFTS Visual Studio On-line By Microsoft/Team Foundation Server. . Generate and maintain metrics and dashboard reporting . Generate and maintain the Salesforce "CoE Demand Intake Tool" tracking of project calls/needs . Manage and service SOM agencies in the demand intake process Skills Needed Knowledge of Ant scripts Desired 3 Years Knowledge of build automation tools (example eTFS, Jenkins etc.) Desired 3 Years Knowledge of salesforce projects and how they operates, iterate and release Required 5 Years Experience with Salesforce orgs, environments (sandboxes) and 3rd party app exchange partners (common ones) Required 5 Years Writing deployment of Salesforce configuration changes. Required 5 Years Maintaining the Salesforce Demand Intake Process and tool for CoE Required 5 Years Manage Dashboard reporting, in Salesforce and in SharePoint/Changepoint Required 5 Years Experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator in an Enterprise environment managing multiple organizations.
