Has *expert knowledge* of Oracle Portal’s 9i, 10g Content management schemas and architecture, and can provide in-depth knowledge, experience, vision and leadership to support the architecture and development of highly scalable web applications and web content, including upgrades to newer versions, and working with Oracle to resolve technical issues. · Preferred experience in *logical database design and modeling for large scale complex systems*, incorporating data normalization and referential integrity enforcement techniques.
