if it is ok... Select the column and go to menu > Format > Cells > Numbers > Custom and put this as format 0-00-0-00 and say ok
now when you type 110230 will convert 1-10-2-30, then in cell below put formula +a1+10 and drag it down upto where u want... hope this helps.
