Hi Shrinivas, Mr. Powell has rightly said, please debug the same way. And If it helps please also check, if you have larger amount of columns or rows than your friend, since this also cause "Subscript Out of Range". Run on lesser or same amount of rows , also ensure correct sheet/file names in the vba macro.
