1. Did you unzipped the file or ran the setup without unzipping? 2. Were you connected to internet when ran the utility? 3. Does prerequisites(.Net Framework3.5 and VSTO 3.0 RunTime) installed on your system? 4. Are you running Windows XP or above on your system? 5. Do you use Office 2007 and above?
