*Closing All Open Workbooks at one go* We already know how to close an open workbook using any number of methods. Now if we have a number of open workbooks and we want to close them all?
We can do this quickly by holding down the Shift key as we display the File menu. When we do this, there is a Close All option on the menu. Choose this, and all our workbooks are closed. You will, of course, be prompted to save changes on each open workbook, if necessary. *Note:* This only works if we hold down the Shift key when displaying the File menu.
