Not in this way. :(

First i do not want to sort.
Second the ranking should be based on Glass and should not consider the city
or district.

Example
Glass- Based on bigest value it should rank (1,2,3)
Bricks- Based on bigest value it should rank (1,2,3)
Tiles - Based on bigest value it should rank (1,2,3)

Please assist.
