You should write something like :
If Ash.Columns("D").Cells.Value = "Yes" Then
For Each cell In
Ash.Columns("C").Cells.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants)
...
Next cell
End if
Or
For Each cell In Ash.Columns("C").Cells.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants)
If Ash.Columns("D").Cells.Value = "Yes" Then
.
End If
Next Cell
