Hi Om, We can sort this using VBA in the same way I summed them, but I don't think it's possible to sort them without VBA.
We can get VBA to re-write the data, so that all the Cr's are copied to one column, and all the Dr's are copied to another. Then you can use worksheet functions on those 2 columns. Regards - Dave.
